I had the privilege of collaborating with talented Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to rebuild and modernise a 33-year-old fleet management system. The new platform empowers Fleet Managers to oversee their fleets more effectively by managing driver transactions, ordering new fuel cards, and tracking progress towards green and carbon-neutral targets. We adopted a targeted delivery approach, gradually scaling the platform by releasing to small customer segments before a full rollout. This initiative not only supports bp's growth objectives but also helps customers transition to greener, more sustainable vehicle fleets.
